Bo Bowling, 21, had been facing felony drug charges that got him suspended from the Oklahoma State football team. This week Payne County prosecutors dropped the felony counts and filed two misdemeanor counts. Bowling pleaded guilty to the reduced charges. Bowling is no longer on the OSU football team, university officials confirmed.

The felony drug charges that prompted Bo Bowling's suspension from the Oklahoma State football team have been dropped, prosecutors said. Bowling, 21, now has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor marijuana and drug paraphernalia counts, prosecutor Tom Lee said.

Stillwater Rep. Cory Williams is trashing an anti-abortion bill recently passed in the Oklahoma House of Representatives. Williams, a Democrat, attacked the bill not because it be construed as a prohibitive measure against the the controversial procedure, but because he believes it requires an unnecessary ultrasound.
