We just switched to this company for the great local rates. It lowers our current cell phone bill consideralbly. They had a nice selection of phones at great prices, good plans, and eager staff. However, we had to spend over 2 hours in the store to get service set up (had 2 very cranky kids with us too). The staff were really nice, but they had to help other customers who kept coming into the store after us instead of giving us undivided attention and getting our business taken care of. By the time it was done we were ready to scream. Nice staff, but they need great improvement.
